I hate this computer

So, I haven't been able to update, because my computer will NOT allow me to upload my photos any faster than an hour per picture....I don't know what's going on...but I have no patience for this until I get it fixed!!

I've been to an awesome event, and was in NYC for my birthday (July 4th)....so hopefully I will be able to share those moments soon!

A Canoe for Two

I got my Shoedazzle shoes on Saturday...they are so comfortable and sooo cute!! Wearing them next weekend with my new Ideeli dress! :) If only I could find a necklace for this dress...should have bought the one in Toronto when I had the chance...and they were 2 for $20!

Went canoeing this weekend with my hubby and his guy friends...wish I would have taken pictures, but didn't want to run the risk of my camera getting submerged into the "crick". We didn't flip once...so the camera would have been okay...but I never would have known that! lol My butt is STILL sore from that canoe!! But it was SO much fun...my first time canoeing, and I was pretty proud of myself. It was a perfect day for it too....forgot the bug spray, so I got bit twice--but I can't complain because I was totally expecting to be TORE UP out there by mosquitoes...since I have many a horror story from rabid mosquitoes. :)

Toronto Post 2: The Architecture

So Toronto has some BEAUTIFUL buildings...statues...museums...condos...everything. So clean and modern looking, I love it. The first picture is our hotel, The Delta Chelsea. Then we have the ROM Museum, skyline, downtown Toronto, A neat pond with an arch (hehe), a church, office building, CN Tower, and stadium!!!

Toronto Post One: THE FOOD

So, vacation was SOO wonderful!! Mike and I didn't want to come home. Because I took so many pictures, I broke them down into categories, and will try to post a new category everyday, or every other day. First up, of course, is all the wonderful food we ate. Definitely ate more than I took pictures of, but some of the food was just so amazing that I was caught up in eating it, and totally forgot to snap shots. Oh well :)





This breakfast shop was right across the street from out hotel. AWESOME food!
My breakfast wrap and homefries. Forgot to take a picture of it BEFORE I started devouring it :) And my hubby with his protein shake...he got breakfast of course, but I didn't get a picture of that. :)











Dinner at Nami--Sushi, salmon, seaweed salad, and a Samurai drink for my babe. Wow, I just realized we ate all "S" food that night. :)











The best Frozen Yogurt place ever!! I had mine with fresh strawberries and mango pieces...Mike had his with oreo crumbles and vanilla chips. Ugh, SO GOOD. We also got lunch there- Salmon salad with Cucumber Dill dressing for me, and a southwestern chicken wrap for my love.







Last night in Toronto, we had dinner at Milestones. Must say, those Kobe beef sliders were AMAAAAZING. I had Seafood Alfredo (Salmon, sea bass and shrimp), and Mike had a chicken dish. lol

1 week until vacation :)

So, hubby and I are leaving for Toronto next Wednesday!! :) Ordered some things from Forever21....












Was hoping I wouldn't have to buy any shorts since I have a lot...tried them ALL on this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised to find out that NONE of them FIT ME. Kinda depressed me....

SO MY PLAN:

I'm running, eating right, and doing ab routines every other day to get back into these darn shorts if it's the last thing I do. Hoping to lose, maybe 2 pounds before Toronto next week...then my ultimate goal, mm maybe 8-10 lbs. Any suggestions on what works best?? KEEP ME MOTIVATED PEOPLE!
